Pleasant and helpful at Check In.
Asked for payment at Check in. WiFi in the room was very low signal strength and so kept failing. 6 Euro for a breakfast that comprised of: 1 small orange juice, 1 cup of coffee, 2 small packets of butter, 2 packets of Jam, 1 piece of frence bread, 1 croissant, 1 small chocolate croissant -

The proprieter owner was knowledgeable, a perfect host and directed me to the most delicious restaurant. If I had had the time, he would have given me the history of Toulouse as well. The owners are outstanding.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice people. Helped me with tourist and map tips. Also, wifi connection was the strongest and most reliable I have had in the last ten hotels I have stayed at in S. Europe.
a little noisy at night due to a busy bar on the street, but not bad.

The staff was very kind, my flight was cancelled one day before, and they didn't charge the room for the first day, because I arrived one day after the expected.
The Hotel doesn't have a lift, so we had to walk up with the luggage until the third floor.

The staff members were unfailingly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport shuttle, train station, and metro.- The restaurant beneath serves really good food at a maximum price of 16 euros for a three-course meal in a central area.

Polite & very helpful staff, who spoke reasonably good ENglish. The Breakfast was good value. It was extremely close to the train station. We had an inside room, which was quiet. There was airconditioning
The locality was scary. specially at night. There was no proper shower, just a "telephone attatched to the bath. There was no face washer provided, or handsoap

The hotel staff were exceptional. The girl at the front desk could not do enough for us.... very friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely breaskfast. The hotel is convenient to the railway station.
The only disadvantage is no lift but the staff were only too happy to help with our luggage. For anyone requiring a lift du to age or disability this hotel would not be suitable but otherwise its A+. My wife and I would certainly go there again.
